Default Civic Dragger project

I have a 1995 Civic on air. The front is bodydroped and i am going to do the rear but i was wondering if there was anyone on here that would be willing to help me out. I live in indianapolis IN and want to do somthing more custom than just a regular drop. If anyone has anyideas or lives near indy and wants to help keep this project goin let me know. I will have the car all done in about a year. Here are some pics of it now. I will paint it after the bodydrop.

If I recall right a body drop i basically raising the "floor" in the cabin higher....lots of rewelding and refabbing....never seen it done on a civic.

Yeah you are mostly right. I redid the strut towers and that. It is mostly done on full frame vehicles and this is the best way to do it on a unibody. It is alot of stabilizing the new strut mounts and stuff like that. For full frame you raise the frame up into the floorboard.

i love the shaved handles!
only thing keeping me from doing it on my civic is my truck was a HUGE pain in the @ss when i have a failure!

and my remote starter alarm system is kinda a pain when shaving cause i have to disarm then use the trunk poper to pop the drivers door

wish thier was a way to get around all that with just pushen one button BUT can be a HUGE security issue like that.
plus good luck geting in if thiers freezing rain....... its hard enough with a car with a door handle.LMFAO

id say ya realy need some tint on that sucker

looks real good tho! i realy wanna strut bag my civic but $$$wise its gonna be awhile!

hows yours setup? cans or air struts?
also any comparison shots fully lifted next to layed out?
