Coil Over Question

RE: Coil Over Question
It's a good idea, but not absolutely necessary. By coilovers I assume you mean the lowering springs wiht the adjustable perches. Lowering will put extra strain on your stock set-up and will wear on it much more quickly. Thats why full coilover systems are so much, becasue all of the components are designed to work together. A system will give you the ride height and performance you want and the durability of stock or better. But I know I can't afford that crap so, bottom line... No you don't HAVE to get new shocks/struts.

RE: Coil Over Question
Thanks for the reply, I need new struts and shocks anyway. Car has 135,000 and never been change. So I thought I ask before I purchase them. Dont plan on lowering the car too much seeing that im going to run 17" rims.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
