Default coilovers or springs, which is better for daily drivin in jersey

I haven`t decided wether to get springs or coilovers, my job causes me to drive up to 70 miles a day (4 days a week) i am lookin for a dropped look with very little tire gap rite now i have the 04-05 civic wheels (5 star) on there with the stock bf goodrich tires but also want a comfortable ride where i will have very little problems with the suspension any suggestions?
