Default Which Disc brake conv. for my '94 Coupe

I want to replace the drums on my 94 Si Coupe with some disc brakes. I need to still keep the 4x100 lug pattern. I can get the SiR kit which comes with all 4 or theres a GSR as well. But I am not sure if the come in 4 lug. Did the 92-95 civics ever come with discs in the back?? I would like to have the same size rotor in the back as in the front.. I think the del sol disc brakes may be close. Does anyone have any info on rotor size?? I also don't have ABS so that might be an issue as well. Any help would be great. Thanks

You need a 40/40 prop valve for a rear disc conversion. Use one from a 94-01 RS Integra. They are non-ABS, and will bolt right up.
You can use any 92-00 Civic/del sol brakes or 90-01 Integra brakes.
rear disc came with the ex and si 92-95
this is what i found for you.

Great, thanks for the info. Does anyone know the rotor size front and rear for 2000 SIR, GSR and 92-95 Civic Si?? Thanks

I got a chance to head down to the bodyshop and measure my front rotors and they are 10.5". Do the civic, del sol or integra come with a 10.5" in the rear as well?? Would it be bad to go with the same size rotor in the front and rear??? Would I be able to use a proportional valve off a civic instead?? Thanks

front rotors are always bigger than rear because thats where your main stopping power is
the valve needs to be 40/40

brembo has some nice rotors(I'm not talking about the overpriced $2000+ kit). They come drilled, slotted, or solid, but have a nice zinc finish that's supposed to prevent rust(I hate seeing rust on rotors, especially on expensive *** cars like around town)

I gotta save up for them, about $150 a pair

I found the rotors I want to get and confirmed that fronts are 10.5" and rear are 9.5".

Reasonably priced and shipping isn't too bad to Canada. Guy quoted me a good price on a front rear package with hawk HPS pads. They will be 4 lug but I like the looks of the drilled double row. The rear will have 3 holes instead of 4.

Should I go with ceramics instead?? And what about stainless brake lines, Worth it??

I think I can get the conversion for around 300-400 CDN, is that a good price??

Thanks for your help guys!!

I vote GSR brakes they are the biggest 4 lug brakes you can get with out switching to 5 lug ITR brakes. Also get a GSR master cyl and prop valve

hmm I did some research and seems like the GSR rotors are the same size as what I have now. I was thinking of going with GSR setup but I don't think theres much difference then an Si setup. The rotor measurements are the same front 262mm and rear 239mm, this is what I was told. If I am wrong let me know. Cause I would definately want to go with bigger rotors. Here is a pic of my front si brakes with toucan rotors.. had these for a while now. Time for some new rotors
