Default disc brakes (gsr or si?) 97 civic

ive doing some mtn driving

and want some disc brakes

what is the easier cheaper and better idea?
si breaks or gsr breaks?
with either conversion can i keep my lca? and eibach coilovers?

Si brakes would be easier... GSR uses a different LCA bushing so idk if it would fit all that well, and i don't know if the e-brake cables would fit. From the 99-00 Si, everything should fit.

gsr breaks are bigger though which means more power has anyone done this conversion?
if theres i way that isnt to reiculous id like to know it

thanks destruction i might just go with the si
i could still use my suspension either way right?

I thought Si brakes and GSR brakes were the same size. Don't quote me on that though.

so has anyone done the gsr conversion and or si conversion?
do they bolt right up or what?

my bad that should be a no brainer for me anyways they came off my series car
what about gsr breaks? anyone

GSR uses a longer rear LCA and a wider LCA bushing. I don't know if it would place it in the right spot, and you'd have to use washers to fill in the gap due to having the wider LCA bushing bracket on the trailing arm.
