Default Droppin da hatch

HI, im having major trouble deciphering between COILOVERS AND SPRINGS. I don't know what's a good drop for a 96 HB Civic. The Tein's Spring on E-Bay is 1.9' front, and 1.7' rear. Is that a good enough drop??? Me, im not in2 racing but just a nice looking ride and better cornering. But da springs will cost $150 and I heard good struts are about $500 if not more. But i visited Pure Performance Innovations, and they have a complete quality COILOVER set for $500. I don't know what to do. If get the SPRINGS, there's no turning back on how low i can go. but it's a better ride. Coilovers-??? Heard the ride can suck for passengers. I don't know. somebody help.

get the Tein springs and KYB G2 shocks can be had for around 200 bucks, maybe a little more. that should be a good setup for what you want.

Your always going to want to be lower, and soon the lowest you can go. Just buy springs, the lowest drop you can find. I went with a 2in in the back and a 2.25in in the front i like it. I would go with the springs, had coilovers, yes its nice how you can adjust it, but when it comes to driving, your going to want to drive your buddys car cuz you didnt buy springs.
