Default ebay 4 piece sturt and tie bar good??

i found a set of bars: front upper, rear upper, rear lower tie, front lower tie, for about $64 shipped. seems like there non brand but a lot of u guys on here said that the "sytle" struts and all are ok to buy cuz you cant really mess em up. the postitive feed back is 98.7% and the comments are really good. do u think this would be a wise buy? reason i want em is because i went powersliding since it was raining today and my car has really bad body roll and the struts prolly need to be replaced and i dont have that kinda money so i want something that'll siffen the car up a bit for cheap.

thanks

Thats basically what I have, not the same brand but same basic setup. You will definitely feel a nice increase in handling, and well worth the 65 bucks

They just bolt onto the sway arms using the bolts that are already there. Once you get under there you'll be able to see where they go pretty easily.

When you're doing the rear make sure to support the sway arm very well before taking the bolt out or the suspension will fire the thing at your face, that wouldn't be a good situation.

Its been pretty much proven that cheapo struts and ties are a pretty decent bet on this forum. I have cheapo front and rear struts and they are great. Do a DIY when you do the tie bars though.

yup thanks! what year civ is that? how do i support the sway arm for the rear so it dosnt "fire the thing at your face" like amg said? would bricks under the wheels support it from doing that?

Well, amg and I will disagree, because when i did this job i didnt have to support anything. You'll have to talk to him about where exactly to support it. And you should probably use jack stands or something rather than bricks.

Oh, my car is a 99 by the way.
