My Civic is 2 yrs. old. When new, I queried the steering characteristics: a tendency to not "self-centre" on straight roads,as though the castor angle or toe-in was incorrect. I was told this was normal. Lately, it seems more noticeable, with a "notchy" feeling, but the Honda service engineer still says"normal" for EPS. HELP!
