Default EX springs compared to SI springs

Whats the difference? I got a set of SI OEM springs for free and just trying to figure out if itd be worth putting them on or not.

Here's the difference...
96-00 EX - 165F/80R (P/P)
99-00 Si (EM1) - 201F/99.8R (P/P)

They are barely stiffer than the EX springs. Worth tearing suspension apart and dealing with atleast 1 broken LCA bolt? No. As far as I'm concerned, SI's handle like sh*t stock too...You probably wont even feel the 36/20 in/lbs difference...
