Default GR2s vs. HPs

Hey kids,
I'm looking to upgrade the old boingy-boingy on my 4G hatch, and I'm going inexpensive (If I wanted Illuminas, I would buy Illuminas, ok?) Basically, I'm looking for any personal experiences people have had with Tokico HPs or KYB GR2s WITH about a 1.8 - 2" drop (I'm not going for ****ty springs; don't worry). Those two are where I'm at now, and I would appreciate any experiences people have had with either setup on 4G civics. I'm leaning toward the Tokicos from what I've heard so far, but please, if you feel you can enlighten me, do so with all haste. Thanks.

Hey, it's ok with me. I'm just looking for any kind of opinion or experience with either. Thanks a lot for replying.
