ok guys i got a 98 civic ex and i bought a set of used ground control coilovers from a 96 integra now what i need to know is i got 4 springs and 2 are short and 2 are tall what ones go in the front and rear also it came with 4 plastic tube things.what are these used for? they are also short and tall please help!

 

the big one goes on the front and the little one goes on the rear.
