Hey guys, I am looking into making a good handling, and good economy civic hatchback! Anyways how heavy are the stock steel rims, without tires? I would like to get a lighter wheels if possible but I just have no idea how heavy the stock rims are!

 

i believe they are around 25 pounds. not 100% sure though.

 

with the stock tires on them, mine weighed in at 33lbs

 

From what I understand steelies are reall light for wheels... and stonger.

 

Hmmm I'm gonna have to weigh mine tomorrow just to see.

 

yeah, with tires i know they are way over 30 pounds. and no, they are not light at all. they are steel, unlike most aftermarket wheels, which are aluminum. the Honda alloys are decent, but still not as light as good aftermarket ones.
