I had mine about 2 inches off the ground. i would recommend 1-2 fingers between the tire and fender is nice

my Tein S-Techs gave my like 1.7" drop in back and 1.5" front of something, its pretty good for daily driving, but H-Techs are a big less of a drop and are even better for DD. They are also made to work with stock struts, so that what i recommend if you just want to get springs.

I had (have) my EG about... oh, say... 3-4" off the ground (lowered somewhere between 2" and 3"... that's the problem with coilovers: you can never accurately tell someone how much drop you're running lol)... it's not bad, but be prepared to have the front tires rub around turns when you hit a bump (low speeds... I've never heard the tires scrape around a turn at high speeds), and be prepared to hear your bumper scrape on the ground/parking curb from time to time.

But trust me, you don't want to lower it more than 2".. with a 2" drop, you won't have many (if any) rubbing issues. And S-techs are highly, highly recommended by pretty much anyone on this site.

(oh, and talk to windcalmer about how high off the ground my car is with the body kit on... I still have pics if anyone's interested lol)

I lowered my other car about an inch or so and I regularly scrape the heck out of the front spoilers all the time. Because of that, my Honda will drop 1.5" in the front and 1.3" in the back - no alignment kit, not scraped paint, no slowing to a crawl at every tiny dip, and lastly, no super-low ramps. The Eibachs will be here next week.

you'll like 'em, point break. They're good springs.

And I'd just like to add that you get a lot of attention from females when you have a lip kit and a huge drop... or at least you do where I live
