Default How to stop, Wheel Hop

I wasnt really sure where to post this so I just picked this part of the forum cause I think its the closest to my problem. Anyways I get wheel hop like crazy in my car. Whenever I take off for a race or just want to do a burnout, I am bouncing around everywhere. What can I do to stop this? any suggestions would be appreciated thanks.

Engine dampers are supposed to help prevent that.

i heard that you can let out a little air in the front tires help the tires grip in....also get the right RPMs when starting if it's too low it will bounce...
i am not sure if any of that is true but that is what i know....

Engine dampers won't do anything to prevent wheel hop.. it's all in your suspension. Stiffer springs and traction bars will be your best bet.

So motor mount inserts and/or a torque damper will make most of this go away? And what about the suspension thing I heard that may be true. Dont close topic yet their is still alot of discussion left in this thread.
