I'm doing springs and stuts this weekend on mine Tein/Tokico. This will also be my first time. I'm going to go by the 5th generation directions, but add the steps needed, since I have an 01. What year are you doing?

RE: Installing springs???
springs are very simple as long as you have a spring compressor. basically all you are doing is removing the strut assembly from the car and then removing the spring from the strut. Then repeat the process backwards.

spring compressor.. or you can just let it shoot out haha. just kidding. so DON'T shoot it out
because you might lose a bolt like the guys who did mine at the shop.
They didn't compress the rear springs..

RE: Installing springs???
You can rent a spring compressor for free from autozone. just go in there and ask for one, they will get you one and all you do is put down a 20 dollar deposit or something. then when you bring it back you get your money back.
