its not a tie bar, its an ASR subframe brace....if u want a thicker sway bar u'll want one to reinforce the subframe from stress...

someone on ebay sells them i believe. only other sites i've seen sell subframe braces are passwordjdm.com and kingmotorsports.com. their atleast $180 anywhere.

it covers the subframe to reinforce it. there are other kinds that do the same but look a lil bit different too. the ASR brace works as a tie bar pretty much helping strengthen the subframe when using a thick sway bar to prevent it being tore out or pulled out. as far as i kno u can still use a rear lower tie bar along with the subframe and sway bar but obviously the tie bar will have to be put on top of the brace.
