The camber can't be adjusted, but that shouldn't be what's causing the problem. If they won't align your toe then you need to go somewhere else. Also, if they won't balance your tires because of an alignment issue, that is stupid.

Go somewhere else.

Also, how far did you slide when you did the e-brake thing? You may have put flat spots in the rear tires...

I know "why" they said it.

That's called negative camber. Forget about it. You don't need "adjustable tie-rods" (camber kit).

All you need is a proper alignment with toe set to 0º. Negative camber is only going to take off a couple hundred miles off the life of the tires, and you won't see funny tire wear unless it is extreme negative camber.

Furthermore, negative camber isn't going to cause uneven tire wear inconsistently around the tire. If it caused tire wear, you would see the uneven tire wear consistently around the circumference of that side of the tire.

Secondly, don't believe everything the shop tells you. You have to remember that these people want your money... they want you to get a camber kit so that you can pay them to install it.

Your tires sound out of balance. Please go to a different shop and get the car aligned and the tires balanced. When they tell you about the negative camber, just tell them you don't care about the camber and you just want the toe corrected.

Your LCAs aren't the problem...

I don't know how it's adjusted, i've never done an alignment. I don't know how to explain it any more simple. Have the toe set to 0º. Simple as that.

Yeah, your LCA's are fine. I think Trust is right in saying you may have developed flat spots on your rear tires, causing abnormal wear and putting them out of balance more than they may have been to begin with.
