Yes. Super expensive isn't always good, but super cheap isn't good either. IE, spending $1000 on Tein is a waste of money, but spending $200 on eBay coilovers is not smart either. You should expect to spend anywhere between $400-$800 for a good suspension setup. Closer to the $400 end for a shock and lowering spring combo. Anywhere from $550 to $800 for an adjustable coilover setup.
