Lowering a Civic Coupe
I'm still relatively new to this forum and new to making mods to my ride....
I would like to lower my civic as I just put on a set of 205/45/16 tires on it and the gap between the wheels and the car is a little big....
Any advice on what needs to be done to lower your car would be great...I would like to leave a 2 - 3 finger gap once its lowered....
Any advice on products would also be awesome...
Thank you in advance...

RE: Lowering a Civic Coupe
i just lowered my car about 1.5" and have 195/50r15 tires and now have about a 2 finger gap...tokico hp strut/spring suspension set. tho gap will prolly be slightly different since u have 16" wheels and 45 profile tires but it should be around 2-3 finger i would imagine.

RE: Lowering a Civic Coupe
those are very good full coilovers. if u plan on doing some hardcore autoxing or course racing, then i'd get those. but if this is ur daily driver and ocassional track car, i'd just get some good struts and springs for below $500. those coilovers are pretty stiff so daily driving would probably be pretty damn bumpy and uncomfy.
