there is a squeaking sound when i turn the steering wheel. i found where it is coming from not sure what the name of it is. i searched but got two dif. answers: tie rod and cv boot. which is it? here u can see a rip in it:

Well, yes that's the steering rack, the boot that is torn in the picture is the dust seal for the tie rod:

Part # 14 or 15 depending on which side is messed. It looks like the passenger's side so #14.

I have to replace mine a last spring and the one I got from Advanced Auto Parts wasn't the right one, even though the numbers matched up. So, I had to get it from Honda. When you do replace it, check to make sure it's lubed up inside before you put the new one on.
