I got a set of bilstein HD for a like $350 - they are pretty good for DD and have a lifetime warranty too

 

shocks wont lower you, springs will. shocks just change how much your car can rebound after a corner.

Ben, you're not going to get 4 performance shocks AND lowering springs for 400 bucks, sorry.

for OEM parts I've had good luck with Majestic Honda and College Hills Honda.

You might want to look into something that's aftermarket, though, but an "OEM replacement" i.e. non-adjustable, not performance, such as Tokico Premiums

 

85% of the time stock honda parts will cost more than aftermarket performance parts.
