new rims

ive been looking at wheelsnext.com and found some sets of 15"s i want.
they are 15X7, but im wondering if 15X6.5 would fit?
and these packages come with the rim, with tires and everything right?

ya they'll work the only diffrence is the width..... just make sure the backspacing is good and your good to go !
