Default new rims/tires q

thinking of changing my stock 13-inch rims (with 175/70R13 tires) into 15s with 195/60R15 tires. would this be ok on a 93 civic? will it fit my wheel wells and will it not affect my steering? i mean since they are bigger, there might be less space to move inside the well for steering?

Wheel offset is the key. Don't get a 15x7 with a +35mm offset. A 6.5 with as close to a +45 would be ideal.

i have 15x6.5 with +35mm on 195/50R15 and no problems whatso ever, sitting pretty low with no camber adjustments either. 15's with that tire size should be fine. try to get the lightest wheel possible, weight will probably be the biggest factor u'll feel.
