New suspension help
Alright, to the point. I'm running 17X7 +42 Offset with 205-40-17 tires. I'm needing New coilover's and shocks and bushings. Especially the ones on the rear trailing arm..What are these called? (big round one's that go through the arm and attaches to the frame.)Trailing arm bushing?? Dont want to be rubbing the wheels or tires when it is lowered! Is there anything I should watch out for when purchasing new Coilovers/shocks? Also, any recommendations?

The big ones would be trailing arm bushings. The bushings in the rear LCA at either end are just called LCA bushings, and the bushing in the center of the LCA where the strut bolt goes through is the shock bushing.
As far as things to watch out for, there really isn't much you absolutely need for a street car; just make sure you go with a reputable brand (as in no generic eBay parts and Dropzone's a no-no). My recommendation would be Ground Control coilovers with KONI yellow struts. I've had GC's (with KYB AGX struts... they couldn't handle the drop I was running ) and they're good, though they're stiff as h*ll.
And with that wheel/tire size and wheel offset, you shouldn't have any major rubbing issues as long as you either roll the fenders or keep a little bit of negative camber. As long as the camber angle isn't ridiculously crazy, you shouldn't see too much tire wear; I had my EG dropped about 3" in front and 3.5" in back (tucking tire on all corners) and was running -3.0 degrees of camber all around with no tire wear problems. Just make sure you get an alignment to have the toe set back to specifications after you lower it.

What Reaper said. Ground Controls matched with Koni's don't feel too bad at all once you dial in the struts to your comfort. I would highly recommend getting an adjustable shock, whether it be Koni or not.

with alittle mod you could make my konis fit your 92 just replace the rear bushing with a bushing for a 96-00 civic or if your replacing the LCAs that will fit 92-00 civics they should have the thinner bushing also
