Nexen***** I have driven around with the Nexen N3000 summer tires, 215/45/17 and i would highly recommend them. They stick really well in rainy and dry conditions, and dont wear fast or unevenly. Even in the cold they stuck to the road well, i had them in about 30 degrees for a couple weeks (November in MA before i took them off for the stockies) and they didnt handle much different from when it was 85 degrees. Either way id say you cant go wrong, very nice tire.

Most summer tires shouldn't be used below certain temps or they can be damaged. Get an all-season if you'll ever see cold temps. You don't really need snow tires unless you see a lot of snow and ice.

I have the n7000. Screw up at edge racing. Other than the fact they are a lil noisy at 55+ they are really good tires and stick really well no matter what teh conditions

I THINK THE N5000 HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED THEY HAVE THE N3000 AND THE N7000 THE N7000 MIGHT BE SLIGHTLY BETTER ALL SEASON PERFORMANCE

I really like the Yokohama Avid H4s/V4s. It grips pretty well in the wet and dry, doesn't cost much, drives pretty quiet, and I've gotten over 30K miles on mine so far. 'Plenty of tread left too.

For an even higher-performance tread, check out the UHP treads at www.tirerack.com. One of my friends autoXs and drives every day with one of the editions of Bridgestone Pole Positions is pretty happy.
