Nitrogen filled tires

Anybody have any experience with them? Are they that much light than regular air filled tires?

Uhm..I dont think it will make that much of a difference. I know ATV racers fill their tires with helium sometimes, but they roll on 9 inch rims with 22 inch tires..so there's a lot of air. You might me able to drop a pound or two though, that makes a big difference when its off the wheels

you won't notice any difference, and nitrogen has completely different properties that aren't as favorable as you think (weight reduction)

okay, because wheelmax.com offers nitrogen filled tires so I don't know whether to get them with regular air or NO

sometimes it beneficial depending on where you live, but just think about when it's time to change the tire pressure in your tires, it's not gonna be that easy.

The main benefit of Nitrogen instead of just air, is that Nitrogen has bigger air molicules so if you store the tire it won't seep out like air will. and allows you to maintain consistant presure for longer then normal Air

This is correct. Very useful in a cold climate.

thanks guys I'm sure I can fill them up somewhere like sports authority because they have NO for paintball guns and they probably have some sort of adapter tool

Nitrogen is not NO its N, paint ball guns use CO2.

NO isn'ta molecule.The chargesdon'tbalance out.

CO2 = Carbon Dioxide
N = Nitrogen
