hello, i have a black 4 dr civic 2002, i was curious about recommendations on rims or these that im going to up load will look good on my car

they DO standout. you just don't realize it yet, since you're relatively new to the honda civic scene.
btw, you can get the rotas in black. or black with shiny lips. or gold. or silver. or grey.
