Guys, sorry, and i know this has been asked a million times, and I know theres a search function but I've been up for 26 hours so far and not really in the mood to search. My friends and i were trying to remove the bolt from the lca to the strut assembly and my friend broke the head off. I got a replacement bolt already but I was wondering the best way to remove it. Is it to drill it out (and if so, would cobalt bits be strong enough) or is there another way with elbow grease. Thanks for the help and sorry for not searching.

 

the remains of the bolt are probably seized to the metal collar inside the bushing. You might have to take the lower control arm to a shop and have a new bushing pressed in.
