Hey buddy, if artists have anything to add to society, it should be making our cars look as cool as possible. If they have a BFA, they've gone through a LOT of composition and color theory.

They've also gone through a lot of drugs

and smokes

and pretentious coffee house conversations

and lots of unwanted "I'm special" speeches

but they do know how to make things look cool.

well.. most of them

(I went to an art/design school for a design degree, so I'm a bit cynical about artists)

 

Haha, it's like the time that I dated a guy who's been to film school... made him think that his opinion of movies were more ligitimate than everyone else's. No degree can make you tell me what I should and shouldn't like. Two people I'll never date again: Anyone who lables themself an "artist" or a "musician"... (Ok, ok, half joking here)

Anyway, sorry about that rant...

As for the wheels... if you can get a red that matches PERFECTLY then I'd say go for it. I think that would look cool. Otherwise... It may kinda look funny. But hey, that's just me. If you think it would look cool, then it's you car. By all means, you do whatever it takes for you to be happy with it.
