Default Shifted front end, does it matter?

Hey I just picked up a 98 civic EX 2dr front some dealer in my area. They were not very good at speaking english but I wanted the car so bad and it's in awesome condition. They didnt know the history of it but I believe it has been in an accident, im sure i could find out with the vin but I dont really feel like it. Anyway I noticed the front end is shifted towards the drivers side about an 1/8-1/4". You can barely notice it but I just did because im all nit picky like that. Everything looks straight but the hood and the bumper are kind of off.....would this really effect anything? It drives perfectly straight and everything without touching the steering wheel. The only thing it needs is a wheel bearing which almost every one i've talked to has had to replace that on there civic.

i think it'll be fine

my car is the same way... it was in a minor front-end accident prior to me owning it, and the beam going across the front of the car is a little bent down on one side, and as a result the front bumper is slightly misaligned. As long as nothing is damaged that is a really vital component that affects other parts, it'll be fine.

Yeah it looks to be pretty straight, the hood seems to be the only thing that is crooked. It sticks out on the front a little on one side and the grill is a little shifted but everything else is fine. I tried to loosen the hood and straighten it but it's almost like the bracket needs to be brought back a little on one side. It looks like underneath all of the framing for the bumper and everything is brand new, new radiator, and you can tell it's been painted cuz the overspray is all inside on the wiring. A lot of the wiring looks brand new too. One other thing I can't seem to figure out is the lighting for the heater and the shifter consol areas. They keeps going on and off every so often so I might have to take out the center consol to see if the wiring is shorting or loose or something. This will prolly be my project tomorrow morning.
