When I brake, steering is shaking, I'm thinking the rotor is warped, my question are: 1- if I replace the rotors, do I need to take off the pads first? 2- By replace the rotors, does it must replace the pads too? 3- I've a service book, is it easy to do it myself? Thanks for any info.

To change the rotors, you have to remove the caliper, the pads, and the bracket that holds the pads against the rotor. There are then two screws (prolly rusted) that hold the rotor onto the hub. The screws are useless, remove them and throw them away. You don't have to change the pads, but it isn't a bad idea. And yes you could DIY it.

rotors are warped. you'll either need to machine them or replace them if they are too thin.
