so what are good rates on spring what would be an ideal ratio where the ride is the shiznit and youve got it lowered

Hello guys i emailed skunk2 and they said the rates are 8kg front and 6kg rear is that too stiff? i m geussing thats close to what i mentioned above or am i wrong?

There's no such thing as "too stiff"... that's like saying there's such thing as "too many lateral g's."
I call bull****! Ride around Houston on overly stiff springs and once you bend your wheels, break your struts, or jack your steering up you will change your mind.

This guy i know is running the skunk 2 coilovers with tokico blues, don't know if it's the "race" version of the coilovers but he said that they're stiff in the city but track/highway the ride perfect. Any coilover will be stiff no matter what, if you want low just get lowering springs and it will lower and help with ride quality without being too harsh of a ride.
