well i sure hope u dont have to deal with this kinda crap lol.
^thats all just 1 bolt.
as im sure most of u kno, the bolts are usually a pita to get out. i got the driver side off no problem. had the old lca out and new lca on in about 30mins tops. the passenger side tho..i got the subframe and shock bolt off no problem. but the hub bolt was just rediculas. i heated it up and the bolt started to come out. i got it to the point where the threads were no longer contacting. but the bolt still wouldnt want to come out. decided to use a dremel to cut thru the bushing and bolt(like an hour and 4 bits later), i got thru it. wait, nope, the head still didnt want to come off. so i had to drill thru the head enough that i could take a hammer and break it off. i believe these bolts are hardened so cutting/drilling them is a b*tch.

finally, after like 3-4 hours, i got everything done and my new LCA's on. didnt get any pics of it on yet since i finished not that long ago and now i just wana sleep...

Yea I've got this problem bad on my passenger side........ I got a new shock bolt so I could cut off the bolt head that was there, cut the shock mount and then pound the bolt out of the bushing it was siezed in. I still have to go back in and figure out how to remove the lca bolt that connects it to the body since that thing is mega stuck with a rounded head ta boot........

if/when it comes time to do LCAs on my car...I don't know if I want to even attempt it now!!! I do have access to hoist, air tools, and oxy/act tourch, but this kinda stuff scares the crap outta me. Maybe I'll hire one of you fine folks to do it for me - I'll supply the beer
