well rota's are pretty light. For example, my wheel, without tires (a 15x7 wheel) weighs 25 pounds. They were on the car when i bought it...i wan't some slips or grids...
Ouch...I wish I had a weight of the grids w/o tires just to get an idea. But I doubt it is that much. I'm definately happy with the difference. Now I just need to get them painted...bought the color today at lunch so its only a matter of time now

lol well google search FTMFW. found on jaydm.comsomeone mentioned earlier that Rotas are just knock offs so "The Rota grid wheels are replicas of the Volk TE-37" <---found that also.

But according to them the 15x6.5 weighs in at 14.5lbs. if I noticed a difference at 2-3 lbs per...I can only imagine what it would be like losing 10lbs per.

**Edit: BTW....the slips among most of the other 15" rotas weigh in at 12lbs

thats both without tire i found this website

http://www.superhonda.com/tech/wheel_weights.html

new ones are Konig Helium Cast 15x6.5 11.5 (another website had them listed at 10.8lb)

old ones are Enkei Shogun Cast 17x7 24.9

so that a 13.4lb difference per rim so thats a 53.6lb difference in the four rims together i noticed pretty bad lol

As long as the offset is right you should be fine. The Lite 6's didnt rub at 17x7 with a 42mm offset. The Grids dont rub either at 6.5 with a 38 or 40mm offset (not sure which).

ya i know the offset is the HUGE thing but MOST the ones i see are only like 32m offset i want 40-42m offset cause my 99rims tuck nicely!
