Strut bars 2003 civic
I really hope this is not beat to death. I haven't found suffcient info via the search function.
I have an AEM SRI in my 2003 civic EX and I was curious about adding a few strut bars to my ride. The AEM intake seems to rise up in the area that a front strut bar would utilize. My question is, what type of front strut bar should I look for that would fit my car with an aftermarket intake installed?
I've seen some pics of struts in my generation of car but I don't see those pics with SRIs or other intakes installed. Should I not try to improve the handling or are there front strut bars that will work with what i've got?
My OG car was a 92 integra and I had every strut bar imaginable (front upper, front lower, rear upper, rear lower, C-pillar bar)
I am not looking for the entire strut package. I am mainly concerned with the front upper, rear upper and rear lower.
I am asking for your feedback on which brands I can look for and some personal responses on how said brands have affected the handling performance of your cars.
I am aware that lowering your car will dramatically affect its handling performance but I would like to steer clear of that for the time being.
Your responses are very much appreciated
