if you honestly only care about appearence then cut your springs (no really dont do that...that woudl be bad)
if you want to get technical...you should also get shocks when you get stiffer springs no matter what...its just the S-techs are a little softer so your stock shocks will last longer.
but yes...thats all you really need. you dont even NEED the camber kits, its just a very good idea.

Tires are expensive, I'd rather not wear them out any faster than I have to.
I'm not going to cut my springs, that's just stupid.
I think what I'm going to do is wait a little longer and get springs and camber kits all at once, and then get upgraded struts once mine start to go.
That sounds like a reasonable plan based on your advice, at least to me.
