Tie rods...

Default Tie rods...

Pretty sure I should already know this as I have changed them on 3 cars now, but here goes...

Outer Tie rods shouldnt have easy movement at that ball (removed from spindle) as in it almost lops over by itself, there is 0 resistance within the socket...should they? That would cause steering to float a bit coulndt it.

Yea Ive seen broken tie rods, tie rods with torn seals, but I have never seen flimsy loose tie rods! I was just making sure that they were bad though I already knew that they were
