Tire help

Hey does anyone know what a good tire pressure is for a 205-40-17 tire is? Thank you!

RE: Tire help

it depends on the tire. look on the sidewall, it should say the max pressure on it somewhere. go about 10 psi lower than that, but not lower than about 32-35 psi.

Tire pressure is one of those things that depends on what application it is on. If you are at the track you might want to run mid to high 20's for psi. But for casual driving you would want to run 30-38psi.
