well im not the kind of person to let the car stay broken for very long so when i got home and it broke around 12am.....i got started on removing all the peices id need to replace or put new bushings in, first thing i removed was the trailing arm so that it can be replaced and then took off the lower control arm so that a new bushing can be pressed in along with a new bolt, its around 4:14 (i was tired and without help so it took a while to get out....oh ya im 17 lol) and everything is out and ready for new parts to come in the morning...im goin to a local import salvage yard to get a new trailing arm and then to the honda dealership to get the bushings.....i got some pictures of the damage please excuse the quality...they were takin using my cell phone's camera.....one picture is of the wheelwell compleatly stripped of all its peices....the second is of the bracket where the lower control arm mounts to the trailing arm...its deff F**ked up...just thank got it didnt happen while going down the road or at highway speeds...only around 2 mph in my driveway and only a minor scratch was done to my rims

the way the hole is elongated it looks like its been loose and working for some time. You may want to check the rest of the suspension parts on the car if you have the time.

well i just thought id let everyone know that the car is fixed, i was up until around 4 in the morning taking it apart and it was back together around 1pm the next day, i ended up getting some parts from a local import junkyard, i got a trailing arm for 50 bucks so im glad it didnt cost to much, and i checked all the other suspension parts, and made sure everything was tight and it all looked good

Funny that Honda Civics convieniently break down right in front of where you need to go. My car overheated four times, and every time it was within a very short distance away from where I needed to go. Also, my brakes decided to fail after I parked it at home Saturday. I have yet for the car to break in the middle of nowhere on a highway a bajillion miles away from civilization.

my crank pulley flew off on an on ramp at 8k rpm. that would have been WAY less of a nightmare if it were in my driveway.
