Default uh oh, clicking noise.

Alright so when I hit a turn hard, and I mean HARD, my back wheels (I think) make a pretty loud clicking noise. Just wondering if this is any kind of major problem, I'm not looking to have my wheels fall off. Any suggestions as to what it might be would be pretty helpfull. Thanks guys.

It doesn't make sense for the back wheels to do it when you turn... I think one of your CV joints is on the way out.

yeah, gotta be a CV...if not sure about where the sound is coming from, get a friend to ride with you and let him hang his/her head out of the window when you turn (that's how i figured out which one of mine was popping) but I'm with Kappa...gotta be a CV axle...

Ugh, that sounds expensive.[:@] It doesn't do it in everyday driving, just when I really get into a turn. Also, I think it might make the same noise, or one like it from the back when I lightly brake. The brakes should be fine though... I usually have all that stuff checked out by Honda once a year or so. I dunno, could be the front... I'll look into it more sometime and get back to you guys.

You just recently installed strut and sway bars if I remember correctly. Check those and make sure they're all still tightened properly because I'm thinking it might be something to do with those.

Nope, just went out and checked and they're all tight as can be.

Could it be something inside the drum rubbing when I apply the brakes lightly or turn hard? I don't really know the insides of drum brakes very well.

Well, I just went out and hit coners hard, really hard (ask mxs) and there was no noise... I'll pretend like I never heard it.
