i have a 92 civic si and i have replaced the front seats with sparco racing seats and have had the back seats removed, are there any other easy ways to remove weight from my car?

 

You could remove your a/c

 

well to keep this sorta on topic forum wise...light weight wheels would help. could lose the a/c, powersteering, door panels, carbon fiber every part u can find, light weight battery, aftermarket steering wheel, and so much more..

 

lose weight if your over 200 pounds, and under 6 foot tall. gut the interior, remove the tar sound deadner mats, lose the spare tire and jack. aluminum suspension likerearlower control arms and front control arms, a front traction bar setup, lose the entire hvac system, the ac and the heat, all the ducting under the dash, the control head. remove the radio and speakers.lexan windows. lose the rear windshiled wiper. get rid of heatshields on exhaust.lose the windshield fluid reservoir.get rid of anything the is unnesesary in the engine compartment.carbon fiber stuff like fenders, hood, and trunk. forger lightweight wheels in a 15' dia. replace the sunroof with carbon fiber or aluminum if you have one.

get a full exhaust header high flow cat - you will save weight with that cause the factory stuff is heavy.
