well ALMOST done dropen my civic 1.9" front drop, 1.7" rear drop.
Tokico HP struts.... and Tein S-Tech springs...

2nd afternoon.... and well I WOULDA been done today BUT dealership only had 1 bolt...... SO i had them order it and HOPEFULLY they will be here tomorow!


but so far.... front looks SICK... BUT the backend is still on stands.LOL so it might be angled alittle more.LOL BUT they should still settle alittle i believe......
but only thing i need to do now is get 3bolts... first one i took the whole lower control arm loose... BUT on the other side i couldnt get the one bolt out BUT luckely removing the .... well not sure what ya call it... upper trailing arm or camber arm.. not sure..
but with removing the two bolts to do the washer trick gave me the travel i needed to pull the strut [8D]

and YA i said i was gonna paint the struts black..... BUT i just got to lazy.......
if it looks crapy when i get my rims i can always pull em and paint em.... now that i know how to swap em out it shouldnt be to much of a problem!



its amazing what just 1-2inch drop can make!
HOPEFULLY TOMOROW ILL HAVE THE FULL LEVEL DROPED PICS.....
ill just wait for alignment for a few days to make sure the springs are settled decently or set in......
HOPEFULLY the 2 washers on each bolt in the rear will be enough.... and hopefully the front will be OK with just a alignment... CROSSES FINGERS.........

 

I like the drop.. very clean! should look sexy after its done! I'm getting mine done next week i hope... I have skunk 2 coilover sitting in the floor right now..

are u planning to get new rims? hopefully it doesnt rub

 

bayar, he doesnt have coilovers. anyways looks good and its gonna look real nice when u get some rims on there.
