Default What are the BEST suspensions?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what are the best suspensions to buy? I'm not really gonna be racing or autox but I would like a stiffer ride and a more tighter stance. I was looking at the Koni yellow sport kit. As far as budget I set it at $2000 but I'm willing to go over a little to get the best thing available. Anyone got any suggestions?

Maybe Tein springs pair with Tokico. It should cost you less then $900 unless your going for the high end one.

You're going to get lots of different answers, take a look around the Product Review forum and see what you can find. $2k will get you the Koni Sports and then some...

$2,000???

you can get almost anything you want.

you ought to lower your set limit price to under a $1,000 since youre not gonna be doing any serious racing.

I was hoping not to spend $2000 but I really don't wanna go cheap when it comes to suspensions so that's why I set my budget at 2k. I was thinking about the eibach sport system too......is that any good?? I also have read that the H & R springs on Tokicos is a nice setup also so I might look into that.

For road use, you can "not go cheap" for under 600. You really don't need that other stuff unless you're tracking it.

Ok well I'll just start looking at lowering springs and struts/shocks instead of the high end coilovers.

high end coilovers start at over $1,000, all the way up to $4,000 or so.

you can get great entry level coilovers starting at $400 to $600, that can be both height adjustable and ride adjustable.

one of the members recently got a tokico coilover setup for less than $400 shipped, but i can't remember if they included the ride adjustable struts.

either way, you don't have to go sooper expensive but you also don't have to go sooper cheap for suspension either.
