lug nut size on 2003 civic lx. not 19mm, the actual dimensions

Not sure what you mean... threads are 12x1.5 if that's what you mean.

yes that is what i mean. are you sure the threads are 12x1.5? are they the same on all years?

I am sure.

They are 12x1.5 on most, if not all, Honda/Acura cars. All recent models are 12x1.5, I am just unsure of the much older models.
