what r wheel locks and where can i get some

 

they are lugnuts that need a special attachment to remove them. you can get them from Honda (expensive), or just about any tuner shop. along with tire shops and ebay.

 

i got some gorilla locks for mine, work pretty good....just type in gorilla locks in google... i think i paid like 7 bucks for a set

 

do they look ugly on a car or does the car still look stock

 

they actually look good. since you can use regular lug nuts with aftermarket wheels, most stores I've seen make you by the tuner lugs. these gorilla locks look just like tuner lugs. they compliment the rims rather nicely.
