glove box, center console (if there is one) and in the trunk with the spare and oe jack tools would be the only three places I'd think it'd be in the car.

Stealership to get a replacement "key".
or
buy a new set of lugs while out at the stealership and get 4 sockets to pound over the offending lugs and back them out.

Nope, they will be screwed up. They are designed to be the bigest pain in the *** to remove without a key. It may be inconvieniant for you but if they were ever attempted to be stolen, youd be thanking your lucky stars

If you have hub caps, you can break the hub caps off. You want to get the lugs exposed and get a pair of vice grips on them.

I used to work in a tire shop, we ran into similar troubles once in a while (owners not having/forgetting/loosing their lugnut key). The good news is that there is a tool for removing locknuts. The bad news is it destroys the locknut in the process. Phone a couple service shops the should be able to spin those suckers off and throw a regular lugnut on for minimal $$$

I ran into that problem once where I took my car to a shop and I forgot to bring my lock key, luckily they had some type of set of locks that matched my lugnuts and had no problem taking em off.

go to a local Discount tire, they will be able to break them off, they will charge like $10 to do it though but they will replace the lug with a normal one. (i work at a DCT btw) or if you have an old socket laying around...get the same size socket and rotate it half way and hammer it onto the lug then get a breaker bar and break it loose that is about the exact same thing DCT will do if they wont happen to have the same key laying around.

Contact the previous owner if you bought it privately, and ask him/her where it is.
Or else take it to discount tire or big o.
