Default Wheels & Rims is the name of the game!

OK

First Post so here it goes!

I've just bought a 95 Civic 4 Dr Sedan in great condition but its still on the way to becoming my car. I'm about to buy 15' rims at 15 x 6.5, I want to throw on 205/50/15 but the guy at the store thinks I'll be happier with 195/50/15 for the reason that it consumes less fuel. Also which has the better ride 195 or 205's. What is a recommended tire & wheel size for a 95 4Dr Civic? Cheers

Picture Shows 185/65/14 I wanted to bolt on some 16's but I was told they will rub a bit unless I have adjustable shocks is this in fact true? and if so whats the cheapest way of fixing it? Let me know your thoughts out there in "Civic Land"

Cheers Chaps

cool seatcovers.....the issue with 205's is that it might rub in hard cornering. and 16's are just fine as long as the outsidediameter is close to the same.

205/50/15 will not rub. you will lose traction before you steer hard enough to rub those in a 5G

Thanks for the feed back, I know those seat covers are mint the ladies love it! Sorry to burst your bubble "POLYTHING" but im not of any asian decent. I'm an Australian living in Taiwan R.O.C so that explains the chinese girls in my car. But yeh which is better for overall looks and performance 195 or 205's? I'm grabing these rims on Wednesday. Will also get a set of NS2's Nankang hope they will hold.

195/50-15 is recommended for 15x6.5 rims. if i were u, i would prefer 195.
