will neuospeed 55.20.14rs fit on my 97 civic

Hey whats up guys, quick question on some springs my buddy wants to give. they are 55.20.14rs would they fit or not? i know the body style changed in 96 so that part # is 55.20.74. are the interchangeable?

They are going on a 97 ex if they will fit. Anyone know?
