Will 185/70/14 tire fit on a stock 97 EX rim? Sorry if this is a noob question but i have no knowledge of tires and wheels.

If you're stock steelies are 14's, which they probably are, then i would have to say yes

Your stock size is 185/65/14 ~ sidewall size= 4.73 in
185/70/14 ~ sidewall size= 5.09 in

It will affect your speedo by little over 3% meaning at 58MPH you're actually travelling at 60MPH
