getting some new rims for the 99 hatch, its silver with black trim... Was wondering what would look best, seeign as all the outdoor trim/etc is black... and if 17" rims would be too big seeeign as my car is dropped lets say 2"...
thats the pic from honda/colorand trim

EDITED _ PEEP THIS AND RESPOND TO THIS PLEASE!>>>
yeah Iplan on painting that ****, but I still plan on keeping soem accents/trim black. I found some nice kyowa KR316's in black polised lip. What do you recommend for tire sizes 215-40x16's? 205-40x16's? 205-45x16's? or what do you think??? I'm dropped about 2 in atleast...

heres the rims

very similar, and guaranteed 16's in black. no arospeed family member hook-up though,e h

and yes,I did use searchprior to this

and as for tires, what you feelin, keep in mind all-season would be ideal, and ones that are higher speed rated for sure---

Exactly, dont be afraid to search first. I love those gunmetal rims, and 17's would look great.

id say go with the 17's thats if they dont rub that would be problem
i have 18s on my 00si with a real small drop and it looks hot but id say go bigger even though your performance will be thrown off a lil because civics handle the best on smaller wheels like 15s and 16s

honeslty 16 are much better. You can throw a slightly meatier tire on there which helps a lot over those potholes and such. By the way, you commented on the black molding having an effect on your color.........you know you can EASILY paint that stuff....

I think 17's look nice. I want to go 17's on mine but I'd probably go with 16's becuase I don't want a harsh ride like the neon I have with 17's.
